Observe and Report is a 2009 comedy written and directed by Jody Hill. Ronnie Barnhardt (Seth Rogan) is a security guard at Forest Ridge Mall, but his biggest dream is to become a police officer one day. Unfortunately, Ronnie faces opposition from the lead investigator at the police station, Detective Harrison (Ray Liotta), who thinks that Ronnie is an idiot.
