Never Say Macbeth (2007), written by Joe Tyler Gold and directed by Christopher J. Prouty, is a comedy about a high school science teacher, Danny Teller (Joe Tyler Gold), as he stumbles through a series of unfortunate events. After his girlfriend leaves him to pursue a career as an actress in Los Angeles, he tries to win her back by pouring his heart out to her at an audition for Shakespeare's Macbeth. Instead of winning her back, he is cast as a witch and becomes involved in the production, though he has little to no acting experience. When he utters the cursed name of the play in the theater, disaster ensues.
