Murder at 1600

Murder at 1600 follows a trail of deception and intrigue after a young female staffer is found dead in a wash room at Washington, DC's most famous address. Detective Harlan Regis (Wesley Snipes) with the Metro DC Police Department is called to investigate. He's teamed with Secret Service Agent Nina Chance (Diane Lane). The two discover Carla Town (Mary Moore), the murdered staffer, was scheduled to travel to New York before leaving the country. The investigation leads Regis toward powerful players in United States politics, including the president's son, Kyle Neil (Tate Donovan), and President Jack Neil (Ronny Cox). As the Secret Service and other work to protect the president from a public scandal, President Neil is working to negotiate freedom of American hostages being held in North Korea. While Neil is pursuing a diplomatic solution, others in the administration are calling for military intervention and, if necessary, a change in leadership. Dwight H.
