Mister Foe is a 2007 drama that blends romance and mystery. Hallam Foe (Jamie Bell) is an unusual young man with unusual hobbies. He spies on his neighbors, landing him in constant trouble. His obsession with other people helps Hallam ignore the tragedy of his mother's suicide and her replacement by his stepmother Verity (Claire Forlani).
