Mister Foe is a 2007 drama that blends romance and mystery. Hallam Foe (Jamie Bell) is an unusual young man with unusual hobbies. He spies on his neighbors, landing him in constant trouble. His obsession with other people helps Hallam ignore the tragedy of his mother's suicide and her replacement by his stepmother Verity (Claire Forlani). Hallam blames Verity for his mother's death, and after the tensions between the two reach a breaking point, the troubled teenager takes off for London.
