Martial Outlaw is a 1993 martial arts thriller starring Jeff Wincott, Richard Jaeckel, Vladimir Skomarovsky, Krista Errickson, and Gary Hudson. Kevin Anderson (Wincott) is a drug enforcement agent that is investigating a case involving a Russian drug kingpin (Skomarovsky). His case takes him back to Los Angeles, where he finds that his father (Jaeckel) is a disabled alcoholic, and his brother Jack (Hudson) is a police officer possibly on the take. While trying to take down the Soviet bad guys, Kevin is also forced to find out if his brother is playing both sides against the middle.
