Maintenance is a chiller low budget film directed by Paulo Diaz. This is Diaz's first feature film. It is about a worker at a hospital who is in her new apartment and then discovers that the maintenance worker in her nearly abandoned apartment complex seems scary and should not be trusted. A newcomer to the city of Aurora, Illinois, Stephanie was just getting situated in her new apartment when the building's scary maintenance man, Paul, offers to help with the move in. Soon, the two have become fast friends. However, this man has access to her apartment at all times and is basically a stranger.
