Love and Other Drugs follows pharmaceutical representative Jamie Randall (Jake Gyllenhaal), who becomes a player in the big game of male-performance-enhancement-drug sales and, along the way, finds unexpected romance with a woman (Anne Hathaway) suffering from Parkinson's disease.
