A chance encounter with struggling B-movie star Ronnie Bostock (Jason Priestley) opens up a whole new world to buttoned-up British author Giles De'Ath (John Hurt). Going to the movies for the first time in 20 years, Giles mistakenly wanders into the wrong theater.
