Letting Life In

Letting Life In is a 2008 drama about two people who were brought together by circumstance and then hit with news that changes both of their lives. Michael (Patrick Hall) is a reclusive novelist who has made a quiet life for himself living in upstate New York. Hoping for some help and maybe a little companionship, Michael decides to hire a young woman as his personal assistant named Sara (Anna W. Griffin). As a newly minted cancer survivor, Sara, sees this job opportunity as a chance to spread her wings and maybe do some new things. Her enthusiasm also lights up Michael and he joins her for some new experiences that finally get him outside of his home. The two begin to see beauty in little things, such as a budding flower and a raging river, and Michael begins to change from a fearful person to one who is now willing to live his life. Just as he is experiencing the time of his life, Sara learns that her cancer has returned. After all that she has given him, Michael now sets out to take care of her in the toughest moment of her life. MORE [EDIT]
