Kicking and Screaming is the debut film from independent filmmaking darling Noah Baumbach (The Squid and the Whale, Margot at the Wedding, Greenburg, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Fantastic Mr. Fox). Not to be mistaken for the other similarly titled Will Farrell movie, this film is an attempt at a reminiscence of lost love and the misplaced excitement of college life. The basic plot is that a group of 4 college buddies have just finished school and they're all going no place fast. You have Max (Chris Eigemen), the cynical one, who is verbally abusive to his friends. Otis (Carlos Jacott) is the neurotic one who can barely dress himself.
