Karate Dog

Karate Dog is a 2004 comedy film starring Chevy Chase and Simon Rex. Peter Fowler (Simon Rex), an LAPD officer with an expertise in computers, is assigned a murder mystery case. In this case, an elderly man living in Chinatown was brutally murdered, and Peter cannot find much evidence in the way of who committed the murder at the old man's house. The only thing that can bare witness to the whole event is the old man's dog Cho Cho (Chevy Chase). What Peter doesn't realize is that Cho Cho is not like ordinary dogs. Cho Cho can talk to humans, and it doesn't end there - he is also an expert in martial arts. Peter and Cho Cho join forces, and set out to track down this ruthless murderer.
