John and Yoko's Year of Peace is a 2000 documentary that chronicles the life and times of John Lennon and Yoko Ono during the year 1969. During that time, amidst war and civil unrest, the documentary focuses on how the couple were in love and out to change the world. Still newlyweds, the documentary shows footage of the couple comfortably talking about how they wish to change the world with a number of journalists standing by their bedside. Specifically, the two talk about their mission for peace and invite others to see their vision as well.
