Indigo

Indigo is a 2003 film produced and directed by Stephen Simon. The movie surrounds a ten-year-old girl, Grace (Meghan McCandless), who possess the power of healing and foreseeing the future. She is among a group of children known as the "Indigo children." Grace is sent to live at a children's home after her mother, Cheryl (Sarah Rutan), is sent to jail on drug charges, and her father, Alex (Gregory Linington), has fled to Canada. At risk of being kidnapped by her father, Grace is sent to live with her out of work grandfather, Ray (Neale Donald Walsch). Ray has been estranged from Grace's mother for many years. It is while entrusted in the care of her grandfather that her special powers are revealed. While on the run from Grace's father, both Ray and Grace go through a spiritual awaking.
