Icharus Broken is the story of Bobby (Tom Wilton) and his reassimilation into the real world after four years in prison. He finds the world he once knew no longer exists. His ex-girlfriend, Penny (Charlotte Hunter) is addicted to drugs and that has led his daughter to be placed in foster care. Also, Penny is involved in the sex trade to support her habit. Bobby's sister's life is in shambles after an abusive and scarring relationship, and his friends, Gerry (Michael Keogh) and Dawn (Elisabeth Shahlavi), are working through trying times in their own relationship. Dawn is terminally ill but doesn't tell Gerry and Gerry falls for a new girl in town but doesn't tell Dawn. Icharus Broken exposes classic themes of love, friendship, and death, and how they permeate the lives of Bobby and those around him.
