Hurricane Strip is a 2007 documentary written and directed by Brian Daniel Boyd that tells the story of a young college girl who lost everything she valued in her life during Hurricane Katrina. Her house, her school and the place where she worked were devastated by the merciless power of nature, leaving her exposed to poverty and insecurity.
