Honeymoon in Vegas is a hilarious movie about an engaged couple whose marriage goes awry in the city of sin. The story begins with the introduction of a man named Jack Singer (NIcolas Cage). As a boy, Jack promised his dying mother that he would never get married, but in an effort to overcome psychological obstacles, he decides to marry his long-time girlfriend Betsy (Sarah Jessica Parker) anyway. The couple elopes to Las Vegas where they plan to wed. Right before the ceremony, Jack decides to play a round of poker. He places $65,000 dollars on the table, and loses to a dirty con man named Tommy Korman (James Caan). Tommy then tells Jack that he will forget about the debt if he can have Betsy in exchange.
