High School High is an American comedy film made in 1996 by TriStar Pictures and from the makers of the comedy classic franchise, The Naked Gun. The movie stars Jon Lovitz as Richard Clark, a dorky, out of touch optimist who ends up becoming a teacher at a public school that seems more like a war zone, gang land than a place of learning. There are even reserved parking spots for the SWAT team vehicles. Needless to say, an education isn't exactly these kids' priority. Can Richard save the futures of these dangerous and confused teen thugs from going the way of the gun or pipe? He'll at least get some help from co-worker turned partner, Victoria (played by the sexy Tia Carrere). Spoofing inspirational schooling movies like Dangerous MORE [EDIT]
