Heavyweights is a 1995 comedy directed by Steven Brill and produced by Judd Apatow. School has let out for summer and Gerry (Aaron Schwartz), an overweight child, is sent by his parents to a specialized weight loss camp for boys named Camp Hope. Although initially fearful of camp life, Gerry quickly makes friends and realizes that spending time at the camp is not so bad afterall. In fact, he has a really fun time. Unfortunately for Gerry and the other campers, there are problems brewing at Camp Hope. The camp's original owners, Harvey (Jerry Stiller) and Alice Bushkin (Anne Meara), have gone into bankruptcy and end up losing control of the camp. Fitness entrepreneur and wannabe guru Tony Perkis (Ben Stiller) takes over the camp. MORE [EDIT]
