Haunting Sarah follows identical twins Heather and Erica, who experience a horrific loss when Heather's young son, David, is killed in a car accident. The tragedy gets worse when Erica's daughter Sarah (who was best buds with the deceased) starts acting strange. It appears that the little girl is being possessed by David's spirit.
