Hattrick, produced in 2007, is a Bollywood movie which focuses on the chaotic lives of five people. The lives of these people become joined by the common, underlying theme of cricket. The title refers to three parallel stories that play out during the course of the movie including the characters of Dr. Satyajit Chavan (Nana Patekar), Hemu Patel (Paresh Rawal), Kashmira (Rimi Sen), Sarabjeet 'Saby' Singh (Kunal Kapoor) and Madhav Anna (Danny Denzongpa). Each of the leading characters has some dysfunction in their life. As a result, the characters then look within themselves to put things into proper perspective.
