Glup is an animated film written by Jos'' Antonio Vitoria and directed by Aitor Arregi and I''igo Berasategui. After chasing her favorite toy into the trash, Alicia finds herself lost in a garbage dump far from home. She befriends the cast offs living in the dump including a toaster, a trench coat that goes by the name Detective Gulp and others. Though Alicia only wants to go home, she must first help her friends defeat the evil Don Bater who is constantly leading cast offs and followers of Detective Gulp into the incinerator. The new group of friends must outsmart the villain and get Alicia and her favorite toy back home before it's too late. The story's characters have both determination and heart, delivering a moral message about bullying and the danger in casting aside those we view as less than ourselves.
