Git Along Little Dogies is a comedic 1937 western classic starring none other than the singing cowboy himself - Gene Autry. The film is based on a screenplay written by Dorrell and Stuart E. McGowan. Joseph Kane (Accused of Murder, Bad Man of Deadwood, In Old Caliente), a prolific filmmaker during his time, directs this classic which will undoubtedly leave you clenching your gut in laughter and in awe. Autry becomes ecstatic when he learns a railroad will pass through town should the surrounding land be bountiful in oil. He asks friends and neighbors for financial and moral support of the drilling.
