Ghosts of the Abyss is an American documentary film made in 2003 by Walden Media and Walt Disney Pictures, and directed by James Cameron. It is narrated by Bill Paxton. Cameron, the famed and celebrated director of the Oscar winning Titanic, takes a coterie of scientists, underwater cameras, and some high tech fancy CGI computers back to the real site of the sunken ship. Once there, he takes you farther into the ship than anyone has gone in almost one hundred years Cameras probe the current eerie insides of the ghostly submerged ship, modern day graphics give you a glimpse at how it may have looked in it's day, a day that claimed over fifteen hundred lives.
