George Benson: Absolutely Live is a 90-minute concert performance filmed at Belfast's Waterfront Hall in Northern Ireland. Showcasing the talent of jazz guitarist and singer George Benson, the live performance covers popular straight-ahead jazz tunes as well as modern R & B hits. The concert features appearances from the BBC Big Band and a selection of musicians from the Ulster Orchestra. Joe Sample, founder of the Jazz Crusaders, guest stars with a piano accompaniment and solo performances.
