Garfield’s Pet Force is a straight-to-DVD computer animated film featuring America’s favorite low-energy feline, Garfield. Written by Garfield creator, Jim Davis, the movie is based on his collections of his Garfield spin-off, Pet Force, which sounds crazy. The plot revolves around a female demon from the Comic Book World and her goal to enslave all of Cartoon World. So there’s a lady demon, somehow she’s traveling between different media-themed worlds and, of course, Cartoon World’s first line of defense is…Garfield? Really? Whatever. At first, Garfield doesn’t want to get involved, but then somebody messes with his lasagna or something and he gets his act together.
