Fanboys is a 2009 comedy film surrounding a group of Star Wars fanatics who undertake a rare mission to steal a premature copy of a Star Wars film. The film stars several popular Hollywood actors including Sam Huntington, Kristen Bell, Chris Marquette, Dan Fogler, and Jay Baruchel. Fanboys was written by Ernest Cline and Adam F. Goldberg, and was directed by Kyle Newman who is brother to Kevin Newman, a great contributor to The Simpsons.
