Eye of the Beholder is a 1999 thriller adaptation of the Marc Behm novel written and directed by Stephan Elliot. The Eye (Ewan McGregor) is an intelligence agent on assignment tracking the missing son of his boss when he encounters the elusive and deadly Joanna Eris (Ashley Judd), a serial killer. Eris murders the son, with the Eye as a witness, but instead of turning her in, he begins to obsessively track her movements across the country over the course of the next ten years.
