Eloise's Rawther Unusual Halloween is a fun children's cartoon released in 2011. The movie is based on a series of children's books written by Kay Thompson and illustrated by Hilary Knight. The story's protagonist is a 6-year-old girl named Eloise (Mary Matilyn Mouser) who lives on the top floor of the Plaza Hotel in New York City. The story takes place at Halloween when all the residents of the building get together to celebrate the holiday. Unfortunately there is one uninvited guest who isn't looking to have a good time. When the ghost of the infamous Diamond Jim Johnson (Brad Garett) decides to crash the party, it is up to Eloise and her friends to stop him.
