Drug Lordz

Drug Lordz is an action-crime film that gives viewers a fictional look inside the San Francisco Bay Area underworld. Filmmakers Eduardo and Jose Quiroz write and direct the drama, opening with Sal (David Dyno Rocha) returning to the streets of Oakland after leaving prison. He finds his brother Richard operating a small narcotics operation. Sal decides it's time to expand the family business. He soon begins to put his dealers on street corners operated by Darryl (Ryan Mac), another drug dealer who lives across the bay. Darryl operates mostly in San Francisco, but he recently expanded his operation in Oakland. Sal's and Darryl's men meet one night in downtown Oakland, which results in a bloody street fight. The Oakland Police Department assigns the case to Detectives Reyes (Carl Washington) and Tangelo (Karl J. Arana), who soon are one step behind the drug dealer's every move. Nick (Jose Rosete), an enemy of Sal, gets released from prison. He finds out where Sal is staying, looking for some payback from his old gang rival. Meanwhile, Darryl recruits a street army to take Sal and his brother down. With Nick, Darryl and the detectives hot on his trail, Sal must figure out how to outwit them all to fulfill his dream of being a Oakland drug kingpin. MORE [EDIT]
