Diary of a Wimpy Kid is the live action adaptation of Jeff Kinney's illustrated novel series about a witty sixth-grader. The movie stars Zachary Gordon as Greg Heffley, the so-called wimpy kid, in his first year at middle school. He thinks middle school is the dumbest thing ever, but he's sure he'll be the most popular kid. He has schemes up his sleeve to conquer the land of cooties, bullies, mockery, and disastrous sleepover events. He tries to get voted Òclass favoriteÓ in the yearbook, but his attempts backfire.
