Cracking Up

Cracking Up delves into the idea of a massive earthquake hitting the United States and causing California to break off of the United States and float into the ocean. Most of the time when people think of earthquakes they become fearful, but this movie shows a lighter to side earthquakes. Actor Michael Mislove stars in this funny movie and is the main character in various comic sketches that focus on a TV news team as it races to California to cover the Big One. The Big One is supposedly a 9.2 magnitude earthquake that is going to hit California and cause it to break away from the United States. This film is comprised of fake commercials with false disaster reports and many comedy sketches that will have you laughing until your sides hurt. Mislove is the main actor in the film but the film also showcases the comedy troupes Credibility Gap and Ace Trucking Company. MORE [EDIT]
