Corvette Summer is an action film that follows one man's journey to recover his beloved Corvette. Kenny Dantley (Mark Hamill) is a high school senior who is obsessed with cars. He helps build a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray in his shop class. A short time after the car is unveiled, it is stolen. Kenny becomes enraged and decides to search for the stolen vehicle. His investigation takes him to Las Vegas where he finds work in a gas station. He also meets a prostitute named Vanessa (Annie Potts), with whom he becomes close. One day while working, Kenny spots the car. He follows it to a garage where he confronts the shop's owner, Wayne Lowry (Kim Milford).
