Christine is a horror film directed by John Carpenter based on the novel of the same name by Stephen King that follows a menacing car with a mind of its own as it fights to keep its new owner, Arnie Cunningham (Keith Gordon), all to itself. From its construction on the assembly line, this 1958 Plymouth Fury has been a danger as a worker dies after damaging the interior and another broke his hand while working on the hood. Despite that, the temperamental car makes its way to Arnie, a rather nerdy high schooler who begins to bring the old car back to its shining glory.
