Choppertown: the Sinners

Choppertown: the Sinners is the award-winning documentary that David Edwards, Editor in Chief of CycleWorld magazine, describes as "tough, gritty and honest, just like the people it portrays". The documentary, by filmmakers Scott Di Lalla and Zack Coffman, features members of the Sinners, a renowned hot rod and motorcycle club, building a bike for one of their members, Kutty Noteboom. Most custom bikes that find their way into the spotlight require huge budgets and are built by full-time bike builders. This film looks at bike-building at the grass-roots, working man's level - guys working in their garages in their spare time with small budgets. While the group searches out vintage parts and works on Kutty's bike, another side to this world is brought to light. There's more to these bikers than meets the eye.
