Brother Bear 2 is a 2006 animated sequel to the 2003 movie Brother Bear. Kenai (Patrick Dempsey) and his brother Koda (Jeremy Suarez) have just woken up from a long hibernation and are ready to fill up on some delicious berries. On their way to their feast, however, an unexpected figure from Kenai's past confronts them. Nita (Mandy Moore), a human woman, was friends with Kenai when he was also a human, before his magical transformation into a bear. At that time, Kenai gave her an amulet, creating a mystical bond between the two of them. At this point, Nita is ready to move on with her life and needs Kenai's help in destroying the amulet.
