Blow is a 2001 biopic based on the book entitled Blow: How a Small Town Boy Made $100 Million with the Medellin Cocaine Cartel and Lost It All that documents the life of American cocaine smuggler George Jung. When George (Jesse James) is a child, his father (Ray Liotta) is forced to file for bankruptcy, and tries to teach young George a lesson about the importance of money. Now an adult, George (Johnny Depp) is living in Southern California and has made a large sum of money smuggling marijuana into the States from Mexico. George then takes the marijuana to Boston, where demand is high. George is sentence to two years in jail after being caught importing 660 pounds of dope into Chicago.
