Big Fish is a fantasy comedic-drama directed by Tim Burton that stars Albert Finney, Ewan McGregor, Billy Crudup, and Jessica Lange in a tale of reconciliation between a dying father and his son. Edward Bloom (Albert Finney) was a traveling salesman from the Southern United States with a great gift for storytelling. Now confined to his deathbed, Edward will attempt to reconnect with his estranged son William Bloom (Billy Crudup). Now much older and with a family of his own, William isn't sure how to feel about his father. Edward wasn't around much since his job as a salesman caused him to travel a lot.
