Barefoot in the Park is a 1967 comedy from acclaimed writer Neil Simon and based on Simon's play of the same name. The film stars Robert Redford and Jane Fonda in a story about two young newlyweds living in a tiny Greenwich Village apartment, where they learn the differences in their demeanors may destroy their new marriage. Redford plays Paul Bratter, a career-minded young attorney who lives a cautious and sensible life. Fonda plays his new wife, Corie, who seems the exact opposite of mild-mannered Paul.
