Barbie Fairytopia: Magic of the Rainbow

Barbie Fairytopia: Magic of the Rainbow is a 2007 computer animated fantasy film, featuring the popular children’s doll, Barbie. In this film, Barbie (Kelly Sheridan) is Elina, an adolescent fairy girl who attends Fairy School at the Crystal Palace to learn dancing and magic. But as Elina is studying the Flight of Spring, the evil fairy Laverna (Kathleen Barr) is plotting to prevent the flight from happening and nip the hope of spring in the bud. Together with her friends and fellow students Glee (Lalainia Lindbjerg), a sweet wood nymph; Lumina (Saffron Henderson), a blue-violet fairy with moon-shaped wings; and Sunburst (Sharon Alexander), a spunky sparkle fairy, Elina must stop Laverna and save Fairytopia from ten years of winter! Elina’s adorable puffball, Bibble (Lee Tockar) comes along for the adventure and meets the cute puffball, Dizzle (Cathy Weseluck). The two become instant friends and maybe even a little bit more.
