Balto 3: Wings of Change brings back Balto (voiced by Maurice LaMarche), a noble wolf-dog hybrid who was once shunned by man and dog alike, but earned much deserved respect through his heroic and selfless actions as a sled dog. Balto has given up his sled dog team but his lively son Kodi (voiced by Sean Astin) has replaced him. His dog sledding days, however, may be over when mail carrier planes begin to become common in the frozen region, rendering mail delivery by dogsled to be obsolete. To see who can deliver the mail more efficiently, the carrier plane pilot challenges the dog sledding team to a race. Tragedy rears its head as the carrier plane crashes, forcing Kodi and Balto to discard the current rivalry and rescue the MORE [EDIT]
