Baby Miracle: Jonah and the Whale is a children's program, directed toward Christian education. It is a nature program, designed to introduce kids between the ages of six months and four years to the life forms that live in the seas and oceans. Different segments of the film introduce children to fish, whales, dolphins, sea lions and sea turtles. The film features a fully narrated puppeteer version of Jonah and the Whale, a selection of Christian Bible songs and children's wiggle songs, and natural footage. Images are a mixture of animated graphics, live action video footage and puppet shows. As one of the many films in the Baby Miracle video series, Jonah and the Whale uses colorful and engaging images to help children develop their visual skills, musical appreciation, and language comprehension.
