Antichrist is a story of a couple reeling from the loss of their child. They retreat to a small cottage, deep in the woods. There, the man (Willem Dafoe) begins to feel inexplicably ill and sees strange, demonic visions. The visions come without end and torture him to the point of madness. He turns to his wife (Charlotte Gainsbourg), but finds her strangely altered as well. She develops a sexual lust that quickly grows from passionate to incredibly violent. The man goes along with it, but the violence soon grows to be too much. He resists his wife's strange requests at first, but then breaks down and complies. The two spiral down in a tornado of sexual ecstasy and grief for their dead child. This film was produced by Lars VonTier and MORE [EDIT]
