All Hat is a 2007 comedy Western directed by Leonard Farlinger and starring Keith Carradine, Luke Kirby, Lisa Ray and Noam Jenkins. The film is about a charming ex-ballplayer, Ray Dokes (Luke Kirby), who returns back to Ontario after a prison stint. Upon his return, Ray realizes his hometown is a far cry from the way he left it. The once rich farmland is now littered with shopping centers and golf courses. In order to stay out of trouble, Ray looks up his old friend, Pete (Keith Carradine), a Texas cowboy who trains thoroughbreds. Pete's employer is a spoiled, rich heir to a horse-racing dynasty, Sonny Stanton (Noam Jenkins). Sonny is hell-bent on ruining the town even more by building casinos and hotels.
