After the Day

After the Day is a 2008 low budget independent comedic science fiction horror film written and directed by Brett William Mauser The film follows Trent (played by Trent Bayer) and his girlfriend Jasmine (played by Violet Saenz-Arocha) who have survived a terrorist attack in the year 2012 and are now living under a new communist government known as the People's Monarchy of California. California has seceded from the United States after the terrorist attack destroyed most of the population and created a huge group of rampaging zombies. However these roving zombies aren't Trent's biggest worry as his long lost sister Sara (played by Amanda Nutting) has finally returned and is now a vampire.
