A WICKED TALE

A Wicked Tale is a dark thriller directed by Tzang Merwyn Tong and loosely based on the well-known fairy tale, "Little Red Riding Hood." In the film, Beth (Evelyn Maria Ng) is a young girl who is visiting her grandmother (Catherine Sng). Beth is an extremely curious girl and loves to venture into the woods near her grandmother's home. While in the woods she meets a stranger named Louis Le Bon (Johan Ydstrand). She is instantly attracted to him and his mysterious ways and the two become close. As young Beth is struggling to understand her own sexuality, the relationship with Louis only makes things more difficult. She believes that she can end her relationship any time she chooses, so she continues to flirt along the edge of an intimate relationship. Her na''ve nature matched with her curiosity is beginning to put her in a very dangerous situation.
