A Day in the Life of Richard is a 2010 black-and-white animated short film produced by Eveanna Barry. This piece was written, directed and animated by Boru and is presented on LOGO by the Irish Film Board. The film documents a day in the life of Richard, a six-foot penis. He shows how difficult it is to be different. Even simple tasks like hailing a taxi are next to impossible when you are different. Richard just wants to fit in and adjust to a normal life in today's society. Viewers will follow Richard through his day from breakfast, to looking for work, to looking for a place to live, to making friends, to going out for the evening and trying to hook up. He faces prejudices in finding work and living quarters as his differences put him in the same category as no pets. He sees signs that say "No Pets, No Children, No Genitals."
