1 a Minute is a narrative documentary discussing the plight of women around the world struggling with cancer. Directed by actress and cancer survivor Namrata Sing Guiral, the film features a bevy of celebrities that have themselves been diagnosed with cancer. Guest speakers include Olivia Newton-John, Jaclyn Smith, Melissa Etheridge, Barbara Mori, Lisa Ray, Diahann Carroll, William Baldwin, Daniel Baldwin, Jasmine Singh Cooper, Priya Dutt, and Mumtaz. Featuring interviews with Western oncologists and Eastern medicine practitioners, the film discusses the difficulties in fighting the disease despite medical advances around the world.
