Clicker provides links to many different content providers on the internet who offer video in both standard and high definition, and in a wide variety of video players and technologies. To enjoy this varied content Clicker leads you to, we recommend the following minimum hardware requirements:

Hardware Requirements:

  • 1GB of RAM Memory or more
  • Speakers and/or Headphones
  • Internet connection with downstream bandwidth of 1,000Kbps or higher

Software Requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X, or Linux
  • Firefox 2.0 or later, Safari 2.0 or later, and Internet Explorer 7 or later
  • Javascript and Cookies enabled
  • For the majority of our content, the latest version of Adobe Flash Player is required.
  • Some sources may require other players and plug-ins. They will notify you of any additional requirements.

Viewing Issues

From time to time you might not be able to watch your desired video. The following are some of the situations in which this might occur.

International:

Many of the content providers in the US utilize technology to limit access to US-based users only. Until these sources are able to resolve various business and legal issues surrounding international streaming, their videos will not be available to users outside of the US. Although we help you find this content, we unfortunately have no control over the international viewing limitations the content providers have set in place.

Broken and Incorrect Links:

From time to time the content providers will take down their links and their videos without our knowledge. We try to identify and correct these problems as quickly as possible. If you find any content that has been removed, links that do not work, or links that play a different video than what you were expecting, please let us know at help@clicker.com and we will correct the error as quickly as possible.

Videos not Streaming:

If your video is correct but does not play, or the video starts and stops randomly, confirm that your computer meets the minimum requirements to watch online videos. Update to the most recent drivers of your hardware, software and plugins. Make sure that your internet connection is fast enough to support video streaming.

Availability:

In a show page, you can view a list of all the videos in our database, or view a list of only the videos available to watch. We default to showing you only the videos available to watch online.

Programming Notes:

Clicker is the complete programming guide for internet television. We have no control over shows and videos that are unavailable. To help you in your search for great programming, we have attached programming notes for shows and videos to explain why the programs appear the way they do on our site. Shows and videos that are not available online will have a programming note to indicate this. Keep an eye out for these notes to learn more about the programming you are trying to watch.

iTunes:

Some of our content is provided through iTunes. When you click the Watch button, iTunes will automatically open. At that point, you can either download or view the video on iTunes.

Amazon:

Some of our content is provided through Amazon's Video on Demand service. Amazon is considered a "Pay Source", meaning the user must purchase or rent the content to view it. When the user selects to watch Amazon content, Clicker links to a page on Amazon.com where the user can purchase the selected content.

Netflix:

Some of our content is provided through Netflix's Watch Instantly Streaming service. Netflix is considered a "Pay Source", meaning the user must have an account with Netflix to watch their available content. When the user selects to watch Netflix content, Clicker links to a page on Netflix.com where the user can either log in to their Netflix account, or sign up for an account. If the user is already logged in to their Netflix account, Clicker will link directly to the content selected.
