Were you one of the 10M+ people who watched March Madness live on CBS.com this year? Well, live content is booming on the Web right now, from breaking news at CNN and Fox, to prestigious conferences like Chirp or F8, to Bon Jovi concerts and those so-cute-you-can-hardly-stand-it animal cams on Ustream. Yet, just as with other categories of premium online video, live content is already very fragmented, making it difficult to find, and even harder to keep track of, the events you want to watch.
Here at ClickerHQ, we watch more online programming than pretty much anyone, so we’ve felt the pain first hand in trying to navigate through search pages, bad URLs and handy-cam bootlegs of games and other live events. So, if you’re still pulling your hair out in frustration (like Jim, our CEO, who doesn’t have all that much hair to begin with), we’ve got some great news for you. Today, we’re rolling out Clicker Live.
A natural addition to our comprehensive, structured and unbiased guide for online television, Clicker Live brings all the broadcast-quality legal live streams from across the Web straight to your fingertips right here on Clicker.com.

Clicker Live also features a countdown ticker for upcoming live programming, so you can easily see – down to the minute – when a live show will begin. In addition, if previously aired live events are still available online, we’ll index it and point you directly to all the available archives of the show.
As usual, you can also browse by category, peruse a list of featured live shows, and check out trending events based on popularity with other Clicker users. The Show Page features will still include all the details you’re used to seeing on TV Show and Movie Pages: publicly editable descriptions and tags, and links directly to all the available sources of the stream.
You’ll also soon be able to Playlist live events and set up email alerts notifying you when a stream is about to go live – stay tuned!
